What will you be doingAs a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Collating and posting sales invoices, ensuring Assured accuracy and timely delivery.Reviewing payment lists and approving bank payments to ensure effective cash flow management.
Conducting weekly cash flow forecasts, monitoring working capital, and reporting to corporate headquarters.
Leading project profitability analysis and Focused gross margin justification.
Managing and analyzing overhead against the budget to drive Improved financial performance.
Reviewing open purchase orders, supplier statements, expenses, and credit card postings to ensure Strong financial controls.
Posting payroll and labor timesheet allocations to projects and preparing reconciliations for accruals and prepayments.
Overseeing Work in Progress WIP entries and ensuring revenue recognized aligns with project completion stages.
Collaborating with commercial teams to review WIP balances and ensure financial accuracy.
Reconciliation of balance sheets, fixed assets, and inter-company accounts to ensure financial transparency.
Supporting the timely submission of management accounts, budget preparations, and VAT returns.
Leading audit preparations and working closely with auditors to address queries.
Are you the ideal candidate
We are looking for a Motivated, Qualified accountant with a Determined focus on delivering results. The ideal candidate will possess:
A professional accounting qualification ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.- 5 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
Technically strong with detailed knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.
Commercially astute with the ability to influence financial decisions within the business.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a Creative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in financial systems with a focus on driving automation and process improvement.
Experience in implementing, monitoring, and Improving financial controls.
