The Permanent Workforce team are working alongside an established Secondary School to support their recruitment for this academic year. One of their 11-18 schools situated in the Verwood, Dorset area are currently looking to appoint a Food Technology Teacher on a permanent basis from Easter.
Role: Food Technology TeacherLocation: Newbury, Berkshire
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Start: Easter or Immediate
Salary: £31,650 to £49,084 (MPS/UPS)
Requirements:
- Hold a recognised degree (or equivalent) with a good classification in a relevant subject
- Teaching qualification (QTS)
- Commitment to own self development
- Ability to teach your subject area up to Key Stage 5
- Desire to further raise overall achievement in your subject area through promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning
- A flexible approach to the teaching of your subject that seeks to promote the learning opportunities of all students and to secure the highest possible levels of achievement
- Good discipline/classroom management
