The role

We are looking to recruit a Interim HR Improvement Coordinator to join our HR Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to assess current system structure / utilization and provide feedback and course correction on functionality.
  • Managing, documenting, and improving our current Iris Cascade HRIS system, maximising the functionality to make our UK processes more effective and robust.
  • Aligning and implementing employee lifecycle processes, procedures, and systems within the UK region.
  • Develop standardized training manuals pertaining to the HR Helpdesk UK and employee life cycle activities such as preparing new starter / leaver correspondence, changes to terms and conditions, confirmation of maternity/paternity/unpaid leave requests, probation letters, payroll changes, etc. follow our company set standards.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the HR Helpdesk (Top Desk), and develop workable ticket system to improve overall functionality and result time.
  • Develop action tracker and project plan to be reviewed with key stakeholders for continuous improvement of the HR administration process.
  • Depending on the skills of the successful candidate, the role may also involve managing a team of five Operations Advisers/Helpdesk Administrators who are the key point of contact for HR queries & requests for employees and managers.
Skills and Experience
  • Iris Cascade HRIS knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive and ‘can do’ approach.
  • Results/delivery focus.
  • The ability to take personal responsibility for making things happen.
  • A desire for continuous improvement.
  • An awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel) and ability to pick up different IT systems quickly. Ideally good knowledge of Cascade HRIS and Topdesk systems. Agresso/SAP software experience desirable but not essential.
