Warehouse Supervisor

• Job Type: Full-time
• Average Hours per Week: 45

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar role, exhibit excellent leadership skills, and be flexible with shift work, including weekend duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the pick and pack operation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage goods in and goods out, maintaining a streamlined process.
• Ensure orders are dispatched within a timely manner, meeting all deadlines.
• Conduct checks on goods entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Work towards tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Report to individual account managers with updates and issues.
• Responsible for opening and closing the warehouse, including on weekends as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience within a similar warehouse role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Valid forklift licence is preferred.
• Previous experience in fulfilment ecommerce is highly advantageous.
• Flexibility with regards to shift work, including the ability to open up on weekends.
