ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Coordinate and implement resident engagement programs and community events.
Assist residents in navigating available resources and services within the community.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, promoting a sense of community.
Ensure that all resident issues and follow-up tasks are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to address facility-related inquiries from residents.
Prepare and distribute communications and newsletters to keep residents informed about upcoming events and important information.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in communication, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or community relations, preferably in residential settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Hours Per Week: 21.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.15
