Role Details:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Lincoln
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to engage and succeed in their learning.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
- Assist in developing individual learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Help students build their confidence and develop essential life skills.
