Production Manager
Hobson Prior is working with a global leader in healthcare to recruit for a Head of Production to manage their Production department. This position will be required to ensure compliance with quality systems, regulations and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee production, ensuring adherence to quality assurance systems and regulations.
- Represent Production in site management meetings and contribute to strategic projects.
- Develop and mentor production staff to drive high performance.
- Manage production, storage, and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Supervise outsourced production and report incidents to relevant departments.
- Maintain production facilities and conduct investigations for deviations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceutical production.
- Strong background in radiochemistry or a related scientific field.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
- Familiarity with radiochemical processes, PET radiopharmaceuticals, and EA licensing.
- Experience drafting SOPs and understanding industry dynamics.
