Job Description

The new AD's will be responsible for the day-to-day management of designated accounts to ensure the delivery of a high standard of work, managing account teams to maintain high standards and outstanding service on time and on budget.

This will include:

• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly mid-level or day-to-day clients, and be responsible for the delivery and quality of all work sent to clients
• New business: being a key player in pitches and proposal writing.
• Communication and Team Work.

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for candidates who have:

• A creative approach to political comms, with a good track record in implementing communications strategies;
• The ability to manage complex and fast paced client programmes;
• A good working knowledge of politics and how the media works;
• Strong writing and presenting skills;
• Commercial awareness and a new business focus;
• Excellent political network
• Strong understanding of public affairs and experience devising and implementing creative campaigns which drive meaningful, measurable change in outcomes.
• Experience in a public affairs agency or very politically 'plugged in'.
