Temporary Procurement Administrator
- Hourly Rate: £13ph plus holiday – please note this is weekly pay.
- Location: Bootle
- Job Type: Temporary – ongoing until April / May
We are seeking an Administrator to join a procurement team (a team of 4) on a temporary basis due to volume of work. Our client are a large organisation and do require this role to be fully office based
Hours of work are – 9am-5pm (37.5hpw)
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide full administration support to the team.
- Raising purchasing requisitions and providing PO numbers.
- Matching PO numbers. Keeping records of PO’s.
- Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a point of contact to gather necessary information and support procurement activities.
- Assisting ither departments and workers with queries and updates as required.
- Volume work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administration experience and someone who has worked in a fast paced environment dealing with volume work.
- Any experience within procurement, dealing with PO numbers.
- Strong IT skills, any experience using SAP, Mainsaver or any other procurement system would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently with repetitive processes and think creatively when needed.
- Strong team player with a good work ethic and positive attitude.
