Sales Administrator - Hybrid | £28,000-£30,000 | Bristol (BS16)

Robert Half are working with a leading organisation who are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide first-class administrative support to its Sales Team and Head of Business Operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of sales processes across the business.

The successful candidate will join a small but dedicated team, working closely with remote-based field sales professionals to deliver efficient and accurate administrative support.

This a permanent role based in East Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing quotes for existing customers and on behalf of the Sales Team
  • Validating and processing sales orders
  • Assisting with pricing, hardware orders, renewals, and returns
  • Coordinating bid and tender response administration
  • Maintaining sales documentation and partner collateral
  • Managing inbound sales enquiries and scheduling diaries
  • Supporting data compliance, reporting, and forecasting activities
  • Organising internal sales meetings, external partner reviews, and knowledge sessions
  • Providing administrative support across CRM and ERP systems (Hubspot / Netsuite)
  • Booking travel and assisting with company events
  • Offering wider team support, including for senior leadership and other departments

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background within a busy & fast paced office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and confidence across other Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work independently
  • Proactive approach and quick to learn new systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Role Details:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the Bristol office)
  • Onsite parking available
