Sales & Administration Assistant

This position is a fixed term/part time position for approximately 12 months, maternity cover.
The position holder will be working as part of a small team in Raglan, Gwent, Wales.
Tasks- Managing daily enquiries and telephone calls from customers
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Preparing customer quotations, assisting with order processing & packing of goods.
- Sales follow up including mailing and telephone calls
- Market Research, website development and maintenance & marketing
- Preparing customer, company and purchase order documentation
- Sales administration experience(preferred).
- Customer service experience (preferred).
- Numerical & commercial skills (preferred).
- Experience of using MS Office (essential) & Sage 50.
