This position is a fixed term/part time position for approximately 12 months, maternity cover.

The position holder will be working as part of a small team in Raglan, Gwent, Wales.

Tasks
  • Managing daily enquiries and telephone calls from customers
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Preparing customer quotations, assisting with order processing & packing of goods.
  • Sales follow up including mailing and telephone calls
  • Market Research, website development and maintenance & marketing
  • Preparing customer, company and purchase order documentation
Requirements
  • Sales administration experience(preferred).
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
  • Numerical & commercial skills (preferred).
  • Experience of using MS Office (essential) & Sage 50.

Benefits

Working Hours: 9:00am- 5: 00pm
