Job Description- Proactively manage complex calendars, coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings, conferences and events across multiple time zones.
- Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, visa processing, and accommodation, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collate and organise research materials, financial models, and company reports to support the Portfolio Managers and their teams.
- Liaise with key operational teams to facilitate new hire onboarding, including coordinating training schedules, desk set-up, and access to required systems.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- High-level administrative skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within financial services, investment management, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 - £68,000 plus benefits.
