Our client is a leading company in highly engineered, reusable hoarding solutions. They produce a unique temporary hoarding system that is environmentally sustainable, and which also benefits their clients through reduced project costs.

Mainly dealing with the construction industry, our easy on-ground reuseable hoarding system ensures rapid, flexible and safe installation and can also be fully printed to suit individual branding requirements.

The product offers a flexible approach to suit your business that includes one off supply or a complete managed design, stocking, logistics and installation service.

Due to continued growth, our clients are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator with Construction and sales experience to join their sales team on a permanent basis

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual, with a positive outlook and ability to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a new sales coordinator with a good all-round knowledge of working in a busy sales environment and with a specific focus on customer satisfaction.

You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow processes and procedures.

Strong communication skills are needed to be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external departments.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident pro-active and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator preferably with construction market experience to join our clients team in Barnsley.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Working closely with external sales driving the business forward
  • Liaising with the Sales Manager to co-ordinate appointments & maximise sales opportunities Quote follow ups
  • Production of professional quotations and specification documents
  • To develop new business opportunities with potential customer accounts
  • maintain business relationships with existing customers
  • To update and maintain the internal CRM system accurately and timely in line with department processes.
  • To carry out targeted prospecting campaigns in order to secure new client business. To ensure that detailed and accurate contact details are maintained on all customer records.
  • To support other teams as and when required.
  • To work within the company quality standards and procedures.
  • Creation of project folders when enquiries are converted to orders
Experience / Qualifications
  • Experience in a telesales or customer service environment
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • Manage working to deadlines and targets whilst delivering high quality and accurate output.
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as working in groups.
  • Familiar and comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
