Your new role
As Finance Analyst (FP&A) you will be responsible for developing robust financial processes and reporting systems. Your analytical skills will be essential in transforming data and assumptions into actionable business plans and scenarios that inform decision-making and drive growth.You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and provide financial insights that support operations.
Key Responsibilities will include:- Financial Planning - Budgeting
- Financial Analysis
- Financial Modelling and scenario planning
- Variance Analysis and some Month-end tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant or accountant with significant experience of the financial planning and analysis.You should have worked within a manufacturing or industrial setting and have the confidence to influence decisions and make recommendations.
You'll be happy working in a fast paced hybrid environment.
What you'll get in returnIn addition to a salary of £50000 to £55000, the role offers an extensive suite of benefits and hybrid working.
