KM Architectural Consultants are based on the out skirts of Bristol; the company has been in existence since August 2020. The principal Director Kevin Moyse has 25 years’ experience working in the residential sector, having worked for both Private Practice and Large Housing Developers in and around the South West.
KM Architectural Consultants Ltd offers a professional service from concept of designs through to Building Regulations Approval. With a focus on Construction Working Drawings for Residential Housing Developments from 1 off houses to larger phased housing schemes, also undertaking Residential extensions.
Job description
Are you an ambitious Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail, KM Architectural Consultants are seeking new talent to grow the business, a background in UK housing and good UK Building Regulations knowledge is essential.This is a Technical Role but may extend to planning on occasions and in the future for the right candidate, we primarily provide working drawings for clients, this can be anything from extensions, bespoke one off houses to large developments for regional / national housing developers.
Mostly using Auto CAD but also looking into Revit in the future.
