Rate of pay: £8,923.20 pro-rata per annum (£22,010.56 FTE)

About the role
As an Administrative Assistant you will
  • Support the service across CSM
  • Gather, record data and information on carer services as requested
  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Liaise with locality managers to complete reports on service data and deal with anomalies

Shortlisting Criteria
  • Numerate and IT literate including ability to use Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to use databases to record information and for reporting.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
  • Experience of being part of a customer focussed team.
  • Ability to use on-line databases, standard office packages including MS Office and Teams.
  • A pro-active approach to problem solving, and the ability to spot and deal with issues independently before or as they occur
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and respond quickly to changing situations.
