You will be working alongside the existing Administrators who support the Investment Managers who manage investment portfolios for individuals, families and pension funds to protect and grow their wealth.

About this opportunity:
We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our team in the South West as an Assistant Administrator within the Intermediary Investment Management team. The role is offered on a full-time basis, however part-time would be considered and we are happy to talk to candidates about what type of working pattern that could look like for you.

The role offers lots of potential for progression in both administration and within the rest of the business.

What you will be doing:
  • Dealing with external queries from clients and adviser, and passing onto the relevant team member
  • Preparing and sending client correspondence and documentation
  • Assisting with the processing of all new client documentation and amendments
  • Monitoring and recording of cash receipts
  • ISA subscriptions and managing bulk cash transfers
  • Processing payments to clients, providers and internally
  • Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts
  • Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
  • General record keeping and electronic filing
  • Using a variety of applications throughout the Microsoft package as well as our different in house systems
  • Adhering to Conduct Risk standards

What you will bring:

  • We don't require prior financial services experience, but we are searching for a dedicated individual who would be interested working in the Wealth Management Sector and enjoy a varied role
  • We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, but we will provide training to bring you up to speed with our business, systems and processes
  • Knowledge and experience of the various applications across the Microsoft Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel

  • We’re looking for people who pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy throughout their work
  • Whilst client interaction will be limited initially, we value good communication and people skills
