Job description
Responsible for the provision and delivery of person centered daily support to enable residents to live independently , organise and plan support plans, assisting with laundry, general support and assistance, respond to alarm calls, assist with cleaning of communal areas, serving lunch, on a rota basis to provide out of hours on call support, weekend and bank holiday day shifts.
hours vary from 9-5 -
Essential qualities
Good standard of education including written English and numeracy
Previous experience in a similar setting would be advantageous
Professional attitude and approach
Patience and have empathy with older people
