Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £22,368.06 per year (pro rata for Part Time)

Hours:
  • Full
-time: 37.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 8am
  • 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am
  • 1pm. Part-time: Mon-Fri 10am
  • 2:30pm, 1

in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 1pm.

Location: Green Lane, Walsall, West Midlands

Start Date: 7th October or 4th November

About the role:

The role involves delivering excellent customer service on the telephone, for example taking payment and Direct Debit calls from
our customers. You’ll deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing

that to a high quality whether that’s inbound, outbound or face to face.

We currently have two shift options on offer:

Part Time: Monday to Friday 10:00 -14:30, with 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30-13:00

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-6pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-1pm

We are looking for people who:

You'll need to be able to attend an assessment centre here in Walsall on 19th September 2024 The start date for this role will be
the 7th October or 4th November. Training for the Part Time roles will need to be Full Time for 4 weeks only. If you're unable to

attend this date or the start date, then we won't be able to consider your application this time.

The assessment centre will involve an interview and a quick online test of your customer service skills so it's nothing to be

nervous about! We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable and you'll learn plenty more about us in the process.
