Customer Service Advisor
Actively investigate ways of improving customer service and customer experienceEnsure customer complaints are dealt with promptly and professionallyMonitor, record and evaluate customer complaintsManage complaints from start to finishEnsure accuracy of information and data issuedProvide regular management information back into the function in order to identify areas for improvementLook for ways to continually improve the service of the customer service / customer relations function both in terms of effectiveness and costAdhere to meet Service Level Agreements and KPI’sMaintain an upbeat positive attitude towards Poundland cherished customers
The ideal candidate:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPointGood knowledge of consumer legislation and best practiceExcellent writing skillsStrong telephone manner and skillsAbility to adapt to different types of charactersNatural problem solverSelf-reliant and confident decision makerExperience of working in a customer relations role ideally within a call centre or retail environmentExperience working with customer service databasesExperience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
