This small and welcoming function are seeking a finance professional to assist the team due to their increased workload. As a result of their fantastic success over recent years, they are hoping to expand the team as soon as possible!
Key Duties:
- Processing invoices via 3-way matching.
- Completing supplier and bank reconciliations.
- Supporting with sub-contractor CIS invoicing.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc finance-related tasks
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve queries.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
