Job Description
Job Role: Trading AsssitantReports To: Manager
- Work closely with our suppliers to ensure OTIF shipments and deliveries, and updating all systems appropriately
Ensure systems reflect latest
information, allowing the business to make key decisions
Maintain purchase order integrity including dates, statuses and bookings
- Work closely with Merchandise Manager to ensure correct
- Update and issue key reports to the wider business
- Issuing accurate and timely customs instructions
- Planning bike build
- Presenting precise invoices for payment
- Identifying and listing products effectively and accurately, taking care of images
- Using secondary sales channels to
- Continually assess products in the marketplace and take appropriate action where necessary, such as pricing recommendations and optimising
- Ensure all queries are answered and
running of the platform
- Support colleagues with
other tasks where required
Skills required:- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines
- Keen eye for detail,
in a large dataset
- Strong written language
- Confident, with the
- Highly analytical,
- Strong inter-personal skills, able to communicate with all levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £22,308.00 per yearBenefits:
