Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrator - Facilities Company - Renfrew- Salary Circa £23,500 (36.5 hour week)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator to advance their career into a planning administration role.

Hours of work:

• Shifts: Mix of 08.00
• 16.00 / 10.00
• 20.00 and 1 weekend in 4, however days back in lieu after the weekend shifts.

Shifts will be discussed at the interview stage.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• To organise and prioritise engineer’s workload.
• Work with engineering and Maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned.
• Monitor and organise day to day performance of the engineering team and ensure schedules and rotas are in place and communicated.
• Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting.
• Advise appropriate Services Manager of issues affecting performance.
• Develop & maintain key interdepartmental relationships
• Understand and operate customers Maintenance Management System

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to £23,500 this will raise after probation
