Job Description
Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Deputy Manager, around Fylde Coast Area.
This position has a salary which rises to £34,000.
Responsibilities:
Supervising staff and leading shiftsEnsuring placement plans are followed
Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Conducting risk assessments
Supporting education and training for children and young people
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 Residential ChildcareMinimum of 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to making a difference in children's lives
Qualities:
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
