I am working with a client who is seeking a candidate who is immediately available to join them as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Leeds.
About the Role- Handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
- Schedule appointments to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Communicate with residents via phone and email.
- Schedule operatives and subcontractors, manage complex repairs, and ensure customer confidence.
About You:
- Background in Social Housing and Repair & Maintenance.
- Experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, or complex work.
- Strong communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
- Basic building maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to prioritise and manage works-in-progress.
- Excellent written English, computer, and project management skills.
- Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
