I am working with a client who is seeking a candidate who is immediately available to join them as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Leeds.

About the Role
  • Handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors.
  • Schedule appointments to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Communicate with residents via phone and email.
  • Schedule operatives and subcontractors, manage complex repairs, and ensure customer confidence.

About You:

  • Background in Social Housing and Repair & Maintenance.
  • Experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, or complex work.
  • Strong communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
  • Basic building maintenance knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage works-in-progress.
  • Excellent written English, computer, and project management skills.
  • Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
