Ready to head into the world of work? A Traineeship could be your ideal start to the next phase of your career. You’ll learn about the job, on the job, whilst we support you through further studies, so you’ll gain qualifications as well as work experience and skills.
As a Trainee Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Customer Care department in the provision of high-quality care and service too our customers
- Handle telephone queries in a professional and polite manner ensuring a satisfactory outcome for our customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and external contractors
- Complaint handling
- Distributing the post and taking ownership of any administration of customer enquiries received via Royal Mail.
- Produce letters, emails, reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the customer care department and Customer Service Manager.
- Assist the customer care manager in ensuring any remedial work is managed and completed
- Liaising with external contractors
- Diary management for the customer services manager
- Ensuring registration of all homes on the day of legal completion
- Booking meeting rooms as required and arranging refreshments for meetings.
What you'll need:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly and professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and IT systems
- Minimum Nat 4 English/Maths - GCSE equivalent n Maths and English required
About you
As a Trainee Customer Service Administrator we understand this may be one of your first roles so we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in the construction and customer care industry. Experience within this sector would be great however if you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills this could be the role for you.We will support you through your Traineeship to develop and progress in your chosen career path.
