Job Description- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate and manage customer service inquiries, converting them into sales
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Sales Administrator' should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration or a similar field
- Experience or genuine interest in the Energy & Natural Resources industry is advantageous
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, especially via telephone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A salary range of £23,305, to £25,000
