Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate and manage customer service inquiries, converting them into sales
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Sales Administrator' should have:

  • An educational background in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Experience or genuine interest in the Energy & Natural Resources industry is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, especially via telephone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
