Sales Administrator with Languages

Our client is a leading manufacturer of anilox rollers and sleeves, supplying the Flexo and offset printing markets over 80 countries worldwide.

They are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their extremely successful and motivated sales team.

The role

The role can be very diversified and requires a highly organised person with excellent attention to detail.

As there will be a great deal or liaison with customers and suppliers in this role you will need to demonstrate a passion for the delivery of high-level customer service and have excellent communication skills.

Main duties:

  • Managing an existing portfolio of accounts as well as developing and growing the account base
  • Liaising with customers
  • Supplying technical information, pricing and order information
  • Processing orders from customers
  • Advise customers on any shipment delays etc.
  • Maintain quotation logs and follow up periodically to maximise conversion to orders
  • Carry out periodic marketing campaigns to specific market sectors
  • Market research to find key customers/competitors
  • Compile information/mailing relevant prospects
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Languages will be a distinct advantage
  • Sales experience with a technical product is an advantage but no necessary as full training is provided
  • Able to work on own initiative and able to prioritise workload
  • Independent and able to work within a team
  • Excellent computer skills
Package
  • Salary negotiable
  • 22 days holidays
