Apply now if you want to make a difference.The Role:As a National Employer of the Year winner, ROC Solid are looking for Support Workers to join our service, delivering support services to our young people aged 16 – 17.As a Support Worker, you will provide additional supervision and support to help young people into independence and help them on their journey to acquire essential life skills i.e., understanding benefits, budgeting, cooking, tenancy management and accessing education or training.

Our young people are supported in their own self-contained apartments at a single Ofsted registered location.Pay Rate:£25,041 plus sleepover allowance pro rataShift information:Full-time - Flexible working, with evenings and weekends.Information regarding ROC SolidROC Solid is a registered supported housing charity, delivering supported accommodation for people across the North East.
