We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to provide high-quality support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. In this rewarding role, you will help clients maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support clients with mobility, ensuring safety during transfers and movement.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social activities, where required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a caring role is preferred but not essential (training will be provided).
  • Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A respectful and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organised.
  • A valid driver's licence may be required, depending on the role.
  • Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is mandatory.
