Role Overview:As the Senior Transformation Project Manager, you will take the lead on managing critical business transformation projects that will shape the future of our organization. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic change across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end business transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, strategies, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and ensuring clear communication across departments.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in project management and transformation.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 / 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation.
- Strong background in the retail or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex transformation projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong leadership skills, with a passion for driving change and delivering results.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred but not essential.
