Job Description

Key Responsibilities HR Advisor (FTC):

  • Global HR Support: Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation across multiple regions, ensuring best practices and compliance with local employment laws.
  • Advisory Role: Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues, offering advice on handling complex HR matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Global HR Initiatives: Lead key HR programmes, including employee engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), and well-being initiatives to drive a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Processes: Manage the end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding and performance reviews to exit interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient employee experience.
  • HR Analytics: Provide insights and reporting to support data-driven decisions and improve HR processes, tracking key workforce metrics.
  • Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to support global recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with visa and right to work requirements where applicable.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training for people managers on HR best practices, employee engagement, and performance management.

The Successful Applicant

What You'll Bring :

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor (FTC), HR Officer, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Confident in handling complex employee relations cases and managing a wide range of HR issues across multiple regions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience. CIPD Level 7 is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions for people managers and supporting HR projects.
  • Knowledge of employment laws in the UK, USA, Australia, and China (desirable).
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Consumer Goods (CPG), Manufacturing and Production is not an essential requirment.
